Snowflakes for Sandy Hook - Children 4 Horses Honors Jessica and Avielle's Love For Horses

Children 4 Horses and I would like to honor the children who died last Friday at the Sandy Hook School in Newtown, CT and we have found A GREAT way to do so and we need your help!!

SNOWFLAKE CAMPAIGN

The kids from Sandy Hook will be attending school in a different building when they return next year and the National and Connecticut PTA's want them to feel the love and support of the nation when they arrive. They are holding a snowflake drive, and I would like to send them a huge package of one-of-a-kind paper snowflakes to line the school halls.  The snowflakes are meant to honor all the children from Sandy Hook who's lives were cut so short and I will be sending them with a special dedication to the two little girls who shared my love of horses and dreamed of having their own ponies, Jessica Rekos and Avielle Richman.

The PTA would like to have the children welcomed back to school by a winter wonderland decorated with as many unique snowflakes as possible. They encourage people to be as creative as possible, remembering that no two snowflakes are alike. Please send your snowflakes by January 10th, 2013, so I can get them to the Connecticut, on your behalf, in time. 

I will keep you updated as I receive snowflakes and would love to send a HUGE package to the school!!  Ask your family and friends to make some too!  It's great family project to do together over the holidays. Please help me send TONS of snowflakes!!  ~Declan
